The school before
Inspiration for the interior design
Natural Sciences and Mathematics are studied here, and students develop and improve skills in various fields of science. Inspiration is an important part of the learning process, so we opted for beautiful wallpapers to motivate students to develop their knowledge, skills, and talents. Sunny corridors will greet our students every morning, provoke their interest and direct their imagination to the vast world of science.
Project description
Yane Sandanski School is one of the most modern schools in Bulgaria. When we started working with them, they had already renovated a large section of their building. The modern look of the school inspired us to put wallpaper with a more modern and minimalist style. The wallpapers have environmental themes that stimulate students to protect the environment.
The lobbies have wallpapers depending on the different areas in the school. There are sections where students can have rest and relaxation. Furniture here includes tables, chairs, sofas, and benches as well as shelves with favourite books and magazines.
First floor
“Rediscovering new worlds“
The classrooms in Mathematics, Bulgarian Language and Literature, Philosophy, History and Civilization, English, German, etc. are on this floor. The wallpapers will be related to different fields of science to inspire students and teachers in the process of their work. The wallpapers next to the classroom doors on this floor will be in yellow and green – colours that bring a sense of harmony, balance, and growth.
Second floor
“Arts and the world around us”
Geography, Biology, Music, Fine Arts, Russian Language, and Information Technology are taught on this floor. The wallpapers are thematically related to the different subjects and will motivate teachers and students in the learning process. The wallpapers next to the classroom doors on this floor will be in yellow and purple – colours that bring a feeling of freedom and freshness. The wallpaper images will provoke students’ curiosity and imagination.
Third floor
“Technology and Natural Sciences”
Subjects that are studied on this floor are Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, Mathematics, Physics and Astronomy, Chemistry and Environmental Protection, Biology and Health Education, Bulgarian Language and Literature, and Philosophy. The wallpapers are thematically related to the different subjects and will increase the students’ interest and positive attitude towards these sciences. The wallpaper next to the classroom doors on this floor will be in yellow and orange – colours that bring a feeling of warmth and comfort. The images will provoke the students’ desire to master the subjects.
Fourth floor
“The vast world of Humanities”
The subjects studied on this floor are Informatics, French, Bulgarian Language and Literature, History and Civilisation, Geography and Economics, Biology and Health Education, English, Mathematics, Russian, Physics and Astronomy, Chemistry and Environmental Protection, Civic Education. The wallpapers on this floor are thematically related to the different subjects and will develop the students’ creative thinking, their sense of beauty and will also inspire them to discover new worlds. The wallpapers next to the classroom doors will be in yellow and blue – colours that bring a feeling of light and tranquillity.
Children and flowers
Our goal is to create special corners with flowers that literally clean the air and sections with herbs in the classrooms, to keep the air cleaner and increase oxygen levels. Air-purifying plants & fresh scents are very important for keeping children healthy & boosting their brainpower.
