Project Description
The ‘I love my school’ project fulfilled our dream of creating an ideal learning environment for our pupils. Each floor has its own spirit and energy. Every classroom has its own individuality. Through vibrant and innovative wallpapers and modern interior design, we have completely transformed the appearance of our favourite school. The interior design project is connected to the future, starting today with a pursuit of knowledge, skills, and creativity. With the power of knowledge, we advance every day. We educate children in ecological thinking and responsible attitude towards nature with the environmental initiatives ‘Children and Flowers’ and ‘Plant a Tree’ of the project ‘I Love My School’. The positive and attractive environment at Ivan Vazov Secondary School was achieved through teamwork between teachers, pupils, and parents.
First floor – “The future starts today!”
The future is light, fulfilled dreams, and hopes! A pursuit of knowledge and skills. A life filled with harmony. Achievements are the result of willpower, determination, and hard work, through which we achieve our dreams. The first floor is in yellow and green colours, which inspire positive emotions and activities. The yellow colour brings optimism and joy, stimulating creativity, motivation, and enthusiasm for success. The green colour promotes renewal and growth, encouraging new ideas. This is how the youngest pupils, who are our future, perceive the messages from all the wallpapers that captivate us from the very first floor. Our actions today determine what will happen in the future – we need to be honest, responsible, patient, and kind to others.
Second floor – “Progress every day!”
Third floor – “Nature depends on us!“
Planet Earth is our home! The theme of the floor is about beauty and caring for nature. It inspires children to have a sense of responsibility. The beautiful photo wallpapers educate children daily in environmental thinking and awareness. They inspire them to gain new knowledge, to believe, and follow their dreams. The responsibility to live in a clean environment lies within each one of us. Travelling through the diverse lessons on environmental conservation, children affirm values such as sharing, care, and solidarity.
Fourth floor – “Childhood – a vast universe!“
Childhood is happiness and a vast universe! Years filled with carefree, magic and joyful laughter! The wallpapers on the fourth floor are dedicated to the beautiful childhood, encouraging imagination and a sense of wonder and freedom.
Classrooms
Children and Flowers
Creating special corners with flower “cleaners” and herbs in the classroom in the school. The aim is to enrich the air with oxygen and healing aromas. For our children to be healthy and have a quick mind, it is necessary to have clean air in the classroom, saturated with oxygen and fresh fragrances.
Plant a tree – restore the balance in nature
Trees play an important role in preserving life on earth. The more trees and forests there are – the smaller the percentage of global warming, because they extract carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and reduce the greenhouse effect. Their roots significantly reduce the risk of flooding by improving the absorption of rainwater.
For every child in our kindergarten – we plant a tree!
