Inspiration for the interior design:
This is a specialised high school where students are trained to become technologists,
designers and operators in the field of glass, ceramics and porcelain production; electrical engineers,
environmentalists; technologists in the field of quality of raw materials in various industries.
We have used a large wallpaper with the image of Maria Curie in the central lobby in order to inspire them with her life
and message to dream of life as something wonderful and to make their dreams a reality.
We have painted the corridors in a bright yellow colour and put friezes with sunflowers and inspiring thoughts on them.
Project description:
The Foyers
The entire look and feel of our college changed after we started working on the project “I Love My School”.
A special corner with chairs and tables was made in the foyer, where students can relax in their spare time.
The students also made a library of books from an old stepladder.
A photo wallpaper with Maria Curie’s face was placed on the wall. Information snippets and motivational quotes were placed along
the corridors amongst the pictures of flowers and positive messages, they all bring peace and coziness and create an aesthetically pleasing and stimulating learning environment.

The classrooms
Each room has its own individual photo wallpaper to compliment its relevant subject area.
Through the various images of the photo wallpaper gallery students experience a journey in the world of Biology, Chemistry,
English and Mathematics. Changing the visual environment every lesson makes students enjoy a learning experience that is more stimulating and fun than ever before.
To add to the special character of our school we offer the following subjects: Metalwork, Electronics and Cosmetics.
There is a sense of beauty, creativity and professionalism in our school.
