Inspiration for the interior design
The greatest magic is called childhood and when children are small, they need to live in a magical world. Children look at the world with different eyes – they look beyond what is in front of them and realise that the world is amazing! This world of theirs is full of colour, fairytale characters and wonderful fantasies. Images of Nature, fairytale characters and magical cities create a relaxing and positive atmosphere for the students and a feeling that school is their second home.
Project description
You can feel the light, warmth and coziness in all school corridors. St Paisius’ face, illuminated by the morning sun, greets the children. The anthem lyrics remind us of his legacy. And all this against the background of the perfect beauty of Nature. Friezes with magical forests and little fairies flying around, unicorns race, and magical characters walk. You cannot but feel harmony and freedom. Positive words and messages give children confidence and make them dream about the future.
Decorating the corridors and lobbies awakens the desire for freedom and flight of spirit and opens the senses. All the magical characters, little fairies and unicorns from the friezes tell children a story about Life and Nature. Positive affirmations teach them how to protect and love it. The beauty of Nature, imagination and fantasy become part of children’s life and learning process.
The classrooms
Each classroom has its own look with individual photo wallpapers and inspiring thoughts, affirming messages and positive words. Magical characters peek out of the kids’ classrooms. The stereotype and uniformity of the institutional look are replaced by colour and fantasy woven into images from the world of magic and the beauty of our nature.
Children and flowers
Our goal is to create special corners with flowers that literally clean the air and sections with herbs in the classrooms, to keep the air cleaner and increase oxygen levels. Air-purifying plants & fresh scents are very important for keeping children healthy & boosting their brainpower.
