My name is Anelia Ivanova and I study in the best school of Yambol – Lyuben Karavelov Primary School. I love the classes that allow us to be creative and to express our ideas. I’m in the 5A class. My favorite subjects are Bulgarian language and literature, geography, and history.
Before the project “I love my school” the building lacked the colours and the pleasant atmosphere. The rooms of the school were boring and aged.
When I heard about the project, I was eager to look and immerse myself in the new setting. Each room is a separate story that inspires. I love my literature cabinet with the photo wallpaper “Book,” as well as our room, which we call the castle room. As the walls are yellow and the curtains orange, it is always sunny, pleasant and fresh here. Learning in such environments is very emotional and refreshing.
The wallpapers in the corridor also stimulate us with positive messages. I have the feeling that I have given the idea for them. This new and pleasant atmosphere makes me and my classmates feel happy. We are motivated to keep the rooms clean and take care of them so that everything is as new for the children coming after us.
