I like the magic of photography as an art and a sense for the moment. Capturing the moment engulfs me. I enjoy the search for perfect framing, lighting, and composition.
Participating in the “I love my school” project has enabled me to track the change of the visual environment in the school. My work was fascinating and satisfying. I documented the renovation of the rooms, the corridors and the school lobby.
Photography captivates me, I like the observing the “before” and “after,” from the slightly cold and dark corridors to the soft light of autumn colors.
The colour of the colourful leaves brings the peace and tranquility of autumn. I enjoy everything from the frenzy of repairing – scattered buckets of paint, tools, furniture and old chairs, to the aesthetics and coziness of the refurbished interior. The sofas with their beautiful fabric attract the children, and they have always been taken there during the break – gathering their heads over a book or laughing at something of theirs.
Changing the interior – the fresh colours, wallpapers with fabulous places and heroes, with positive thoughts and messages on them educate them in a new way. They correspond to the colourful world of childhood. I tried to reflect their experiences with the first impressions of the new rooms and the lobby. I like the light in the eyes of the children at the first meeting with the new wallpapers, the unswerving enthusiasm and their joy.
